1. Services
LotDone connects property managers with vetted pavement maintenance contractors. We act as a marketplace and do not perform pavement work directly. All work is performed by independent contractors.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are estimates based on information you supply. Final pricing may vary after on-site assessment. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your project. The remaining 80% is due upon project completion.
3. Deposits and Refunds
Deposits are refundable if the project is cancelled before a contractor is assigned. Once a contractor has been assigned and work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. Contact us at quotes@lotdone.com to request a cancellation.
4. Contractor Conduct
All contractors in the LotDone network are vetted and carry insurance. LotDone is not liable for contractor work quality, but we will mediate disputes and work to resolve issues. Report problems to quotes@lotdone.com.
5. Limitation of Liability
LotDone’s liability is limited to the deposit amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
